If you haven't heard of Fruit Bowl, they are fab healthy snacks for children made from real fruit.
New to the Fruit Bowl range are Frollipops, real fruity goodness in the shape of a lollipop. Like most mums, I really struggle to get C to eat healthily so I was willing to give these a go!
The Frollipops are available in two flavours; strawberry rockets and apple snacks. C was automatically drawn to them because of how fun they look. He kept wanting more and I had no qualms with this as I knew they were healthy.
The Frollipops contain no added sugar, they have only 46 calories per 15g Frollipop, they contain 5 times their own weight in fruit and they count as 1 of your child's 5 a day. There are also no artificial colours flavours or preservatives.
As C seemed to enjoy them so much, I had to give them a little try too and they really are delicious. C thinks he's getting a sweets so we have no meltdowns and I am happy with what he is eating as it is a huge change from chocolate. He kept asking for more and I had to tell him that they were all done!
The Frollipops retail at £2.00 per pack of 5 (they are indivually wrapped too so perfect for kids lunchboxes!). Chris was so pleased with these and he has said that we should add them into our weekly shop!
